New place means new exploring everywhere and that's just what we did the first day! That also means trying new foods too! We tried dill pickles this week and ate chocolate zucchini muffins for snack time. The menu will be on the blog weekly so be sure to check out what were eating. During weather time we talked about how it will be getting cold outside so we painted winter hats during art time.
Afterwards we went for a walk outside and practiced holding onto our friends hands and listening to Miss Becky say the word stop and following it in action. They used their listening ears very well.
In the afternoon we had fun working on our fine motor by scribbling with chalk on the easel and learning to magically using the eraser and watching it disappear. Apparently I need to purchase another one because we had some fighting over it.
The best part about having my in-home childcare is I get to have these kids with me for awhile I love them all so dearly and cannot wait for our other friends to arrive!
